The Conflict Reduction Course suits frontline and public-facing staff, while the Confident Worker Course is designed for anyone wanting to build confidence when dealing with confrontational people. No prior martial arts or combative experience is required.

The Conflict Reduction course is geared towards frontline workers - people who might have to tell the public “no”, and it’s modules are targeted towards the specific problems your industry faces.
The Confident Worker Course is for keeping all staff members safe more generally, whether at work, at home, on the commute, or out and about. There is more of an emphasis on building confidence around conflict. -
Courses combine theory, practical exercises and self-reflection. Level 1 courses generally avoid role play, and participants can opt out of any exercise they're not comfortable with.

The courses are not violent, though violent behaviour is discussed in detail. Some exercises are physical, but the aim is to reduce the chances of a workplace situation escalating to violence in the first place.
